Please note that no electronic debit/credit/EFTPOS facilities are available on-premises.
Payment for Family Reports:
Payment for the Family Report will need to be made before the report can be released to you or your legal practitioner.
Payment options include: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for clients with internet banking access.
Payment is required within 7 days of confirmation of appointment. The report cannot be released unless payment is made in full. Additional costs will be incurred if the expert is required to read excess documents and attend for cross examination.
If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment for whatever reason ….. you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice.
This is to allow us time to offer the appointment to another client who may be on a waiting list.
If you fail to provide at least 48 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
The reason for this cancellation fee is that we leave this time available for you, and hopefully you can understand that it is nearly impossible to book a new client at very short notice.
