Family Report Fees:
If you are experiencing difficulty affording our services due to COVID-19 related financial matters ... please contact us to discuss.
Please note that no electronic debit/credit/eftpos facilities are available on premises.
Payment for Family Reports:
Payment for the Family Report will need to be made before the report can be released to you or your legal practitioner.
Payment options include: 1) Bank Cheque or 2) Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for clients with internet banking access.
Payment for Counselling Sessions:
Payment by cash on the day is preferrable.
If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment for whatever reason ..... please provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
This is to allow us time to offer the appointment to another client who may be on a waiting list.
If you fail to provide at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
The reason for this cancellation fee is that we leave this time available for you, and hopefully you can understand that it is nearly impossible to book a new client at very short notice.
